Mrs Amanda Busisiwe Lukhele leads Imvelo Coal with experience spanning coal transportation, mining operations, SHEQ management and business leadership.
Her leadership journey reflects the reality that women entrepreneurs in traditionally male-dominated industries can encounter unfair pressure, exclusion, gatekeeping and misuse of influence. Imvelo Coal has chosen to answer those challenges through principled leadership, resilience, honest business practice and professional service delivery.

Head of Logistics
Ms Nomvula Lukhele supports Imvelo Coal’s logistics leadership, with a focus on the coordination and operational discipline required across coal hauling, transport support and the company’s growing mining and logistics activities.
Her role strengthens the company’s women-led operational structure and its commitment to dependable service, responsible coordination and continued development of opportunities for women and youth within the mining and logistics sector.
